Topic: How to get list of Canadian Stocks in a Canadian Index?
Posted: Thursday, September 19, 2013 1:33:50 PM

QUOTE (Bruce_L)

There is no way to do so currently in TC2000 as we do not carry any component WatchLists for Canadian Industries or indexes in TC2000.

Why are at least the TSX Composite (we're only talking 240ish stocks, many cross listed) not classified to Main and Sub Industries?

It should be no problem to put in these codes into the database.

Once done, easy breezy to link these to say iShares ETFs.

Include it with Platinum and recover costs if needed but I must say classification for the top 60 stocks is manditory for this platform.
