Is there a way to write a condtion that finds when ema(9) crosses above or below ema(9) offset of +1 in you watchlist?

By chance could I get some help creating this scan in TC2000
EMA(5) crossed above EMA(20) within 1 day
and EMA(20) is above EMA(50)
and EMA(50) is above EMA(200)
and price is greater than 20
market is not etf
and beta above 1
and MACD Fast Line(12,26,9) crossed above the MACD Slow Line(12,26,9
and stock is optionable
and average volume(90) > 500000
slope of ma(110) is above 0
slope of ma(200) is above 0

Bruce thanks so much for taking time out of your busy schedule's to help me. I think we are close but missing a few things. I cleaned the code up and got ride of the columns. Could you take another look at for me. The last code was not working properly.
