 You might want to try one of the following Boolean Formulas:

Simple:
ABS(SGN(AVGC10 - AVGC30) - SGN(AVGC10.1 - AVGC30.1)) > 0

Exponential:
ABS(SGN(XAVGC10 - XAVGC30) - SGN(XAVGC10.1 - XAVGC30.1)) > 0
