I am looking for a custom indicator that will plot the Bollinger normalized volume. Divide V by its 50 avg * 100.

If you plot this as a custom indicator it should be what you are looking for:

100*V/AVGV50

From Bollinger Normalized Volume, December 03, 2005 12:39:59 PM ( I don't know why but I was unable to reply to this post):

"If you plot this as a custom indicator it should be what you are looking for:

100*V/AVGV50"

When I enter this in my TC2007 Platnium chart it shows a line that changes with each volume bar, but John Bollingers chart with Bollingers Normalized Volume shows a straight line across all of the volume bars. Please advise.

Also, when I use this it creates 3 horizonal lines, an equal distance from each other - what do these mean?

Thank you for your help.

It is not possible to create a Custom Indicator in either the current production release of TeleChart or the TC2000.com version 11 beta which would Plot as a straight line across the Chart. The three horizontal lines represent 25%, 50% and 75% of the visible range fo the Custom Indicator.
