 CAN YOU SUGGEST A FORMULA FOR RANKING STOCKS ON A PARTICULAR WATCH LIST
BY THE AVERAGE DAILY PRICE RANGE OVER A SPECIFIED PERIOD OF TIME.

 Here's a basic formula for True Range:

(H-L+ABS(H-C1)+ABS(L-C1))/2

You need to compute the average of the result over the desired period to get Average True Range. Here are some forum topics related to Average True Range:
