On Worden report on May 24 2005, the above topic was discussed. May I know whether RSMA is Moving Average or it is a different indicator?

RSMA is an exit strategy based on using two moving averages of a relative strength graph. If you email support@worden.com and request the RSMA Monograph they will send it to you.

RSMA is set up as two moving averages of a relative strength line. Here is a video that will demonstrate how to plot it on your chart:
