If i have a watchlist, would i be able to see in my volumn column if a stock as moved pre market ? Or if it is just on intraday charts ?

Pre and post market data is not available in the WatchList column, it is only available no the charts. So no, you would not be able to see it in a Volume column in the WatchList.
