Hi Bruce,
How do I write the formula for a Dailey scan and a 5 minute intraday on the following?
1. Current price bar is entirely above its 10sma of the high
2. Previous price bar was also entirely above the 10sma of the high.
3. Previous price bar to that is under or touching the 10sma of the high
Thanks in abvance

How would I also scan on a daily and 10 minute intraday the following
8 sma of the open crosses over the 8sma of the close ?
2nd scan.
8sma of the close crosses below the 8sma of the open?
Thanks Ken

1. Current price bar is entirely above its 10sma of the high
C > AVGH10
2. Previous price bar was also entirely above the 10sma of the high.
C1 > AVGH10.1
3. Previous price bar to that is under or touching the 10sma of the high
C2 <= AVGH10.2

I have had time to try out the formula but It does not seam to give me the results I’m looking for. Some price bars are above the 10 sma and some not. Others are on the sma. I can not seem to get 2 price bars totally above and the 3rd not. Am I not entering the formula correctly?

I think I got it. Instead of using the C close I used the L low and it seams to be perfect. Thanks
