Hello Worden Team,
Is't normal that in the version 17 we were able to put many scanners on streaming at any one time. and now with the new version i got this message :
"You may have a maximum of 1 streaming tabs displayed at any one time. Please choose which tabs you would like to stop displaying ."
Save me ! i want to solve it or moving back to V17 !

Platinum subscribers can stream up to 15 scans at once but Gold is limited to one. I don't see any service on the profile for hamzaktkl2. If you're logging in with a profile that has Platinum service and seeing that message, please contact customer service.

I have the the gold serivce, it's really weird, that the old version 17, we were able to stream more then 4 scaners at one time, and now with this new version we need to pay more to get what the old version gaved us for free !

Gold didn't allow for any streaming scans before version 18. It was a Platinum-only feature.
