A White Closing Marubozu Candle is a Closing Marubozu Candle which closes at the high of the candle and will also be a Long White Candle as a result. It has a lower shadow / wick.

H = C AND O > L AND C - O > 3 * AVG(ABS(O - C), 15) / 2
