Looking for a Pcf which describes the current bar Postive Volume Index as being equal in value to the previous  bar Positive Value Index

Thank you - That is working for me. I would also be interested in a Pcf which would identify the Positive Volume Index as being below its 255 bar moving average on the current bar.
