I would like to see on the current bar a StochasticRSI 14,14 %K3 value being less than %D3 in the form of a PCF

Please try the following Condition Formula.

100 * AVG((WRSI14 - MIN(WRSI14, 14)) / (MAX(WRSI14, 14) - MIN(WRSI14, 14)), 3) < 100 * AVG(AVG((WRSI14 - MIN(WRSI14, 14)) / (MAX(WRSI14, 14) - MIN(WRSI14, 14)), 3) , 3)
