I was trying to put together an ipo list & not much luck with search, only ppc 26 weeks.

what would be the best way to find stocks that have been trading 3 years or less?

You can sort but not scan for this. Probably the easiest thing to do would be to create a PPC for 156 weeks using the following formula set to a weekly time frame and use it as a WatchList Column and Sort.

100 * (C / C156 - 1)

Items without values should be a result of not having more than 3 years of data available.
