I'd like to create a column in a watchlist for the following condition (Hull Average):

Stochastics:   14

Average:         5   (Hull)

Condition        > 20

The easiest way to do this is to add Stochastics to your chart.  Set the Period to 14, %K to 5 and the average type to Hull.

Then click on the name of the plot and select Create Scan Condition. Set the condition to Greater Than  and the value to 20.  Then click Add to existing WatchList or Scan.

This will add a condition column that will show a check mark when the value is > 20.

Should have said:

STOCH  14

%K          3

%D          5

But with a Hull average of 5 (for %D)

That result  > 20

You can turn that column on or off for all personal lists, but not for just individual personal lists. Click Tools > System Settings > General.
