Is it possible to scan for Wilder's RSI 14 being less than or equal to 30 in any of the last 4 days in TC2000?

Add Donchian Channels to the Wilder's RSI indicator. Adjust the Period to 4 and the Offset to 0 or 1 (depending on if you want to include the last bar or not).

Then click on the Donchian Channels and select Create Scan Condition to create a condition for the Chan Bottom being less than 30.

Create Conditions from Your Chart (5:25)

First, thanks for the setup.  It works fairly well.  It is not finding ABB among a few others today.

ABB is not a U.S. stock if that's the list you're scanning. It is an ADR. ADRs are in their own watchlist in TC2000.

Is ABB in the List to Scan of the WatchList?

ABB is not in the US Common Stocks WatchList for example. It is in the American Depositary Receipts - ADR, NYSE Composite, Optionable Stocks and Shortable Symbols WatchLists however.
