hi i can't get ver.16 to run i uninstalled and re installed nothing did the same with Silverlight ,nothing i'm using windows 10 do i need to uninstall ver. 12 to get 16 t0 work even did the repair nothing thank you rich

I have a Windows 10 laptop with both v16 and v12.6 successfully installed.

I've never tried tech support on weekends but supposedly they're available Saturday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm ET.
