I would like to know if you can have a Formula PCF with the signal on the Support and Resistance by Barry indicator, starting from the next candle Pin Bar.

Do you want dots to start drawing at each Pin Bar until the next Pin Bar happens? If so, I will probably only be able to do so for a fairly limited number of bars (fewer than normally occur between Pin Bars).
Or do you want try to reproduce the Support and Resistance (Barry) indicator? I can probably draw dots from the most recent swing high and swing low (which is how I assume it works) but I don't know how many lower highs or higher lows need to happen before each swing. I also wouldn't be able to draw faded versions for the two prior swing highs and lows.

We can use a Custom PCF Indicator in the same pane and scale as price to plot the Swing High where it is detected.
- Plot Style: Dots
- Plot Color: Up to you.
- Period: 1
- Average Type: Doesn't matter (because the Period is 1).

These indicators should be plotted in the same pane and scale and Price History.
Adding and Moving Indicators
Adding a 1-Period Simple Moving Average to these Custom PCF Indicators allows you to plot the indicators at the Swing High and Swing Low instead of at where they were identified. You just need to set the Offset of the moving average indicators to -3, the Plot Style of the Custom PCF Indicator to Dots and drag the Opacity setting of the Custom PCF Indicators upon which the moving averages are based all the way to the left (making the Custom PCF Indicators invisible).

Beyond that the things I can think of would just be the same as before. If you are using Edge or Internet Explorer try Chrome instead. You can also try copying and pasting into a text editor such as Notepad and then copying and pasting from the text editor into TC2000.
There aren't any decimal markers in the formula, so that shouldn't be it. Not sure if you need to change the instances of AND and OR in the formulas to something else or not.

There shouldn't be any decimal markers in either formula so that shouldn't be it.
I am guessing you would need to change AND to E and OR to O but I cannot say for sure. I don't know if that would be the correct syntax in an Italian localized version of Visual Basic .NET or not.
The other thing you might want to check is that it is the plain Custom PCF Indicator and not some other type of Custom Indicator (like a Custom PCF % True Indicator).

It looks like you don't have the indicator plotted in the same scale as price. Click on the Custom PCF Indicator and select Scaling... | Scale With: the symbol on the chart.

As long as it is plotted in the same pane and scale, you should be able to click on price and select Create Condition (or Create Scan Condition) to create a condition for price crossing through the line.
You should be able to edit the Custom PCF Indicator to change it back to white instead of red.

Thanks, I keep forgetting "create scan condition" is the easyiest way, vs PCF script. I see that I can add the indicator twice, for both ways, on the chart, Swing Low and Swing high piviot point. and then make 2 diffrent scans for them .Its looking good-

The signal portion of that formula would just be the following.
MAXH3 < H3 AND H3 > MAXH3.4
