1) When scanning, is it possible to merge the NYSE and NASDAQ together in one scan?

2) Also how would I Scan for stocks that have high volaitlity on my Rate of change indicator.?

You would need to copy the NYSE and NASDAQ WatchLists to a single Personal WatchList and then use that new Personal WatchList as the List to Scan in the EasyScan.

How to create a Personal WatchList
How to Create an EasyScan and save it to the Library

I am not quite sure what would constituted high volatility on the ROC indicator. Is it just a very high value for the ROC indicator, a large range of possible values in the ROC indicator over time or something else entirely?

Try adding Donchian Channels to the Rate of Change indicator. You could then click on the Donchian Channels and select Create Scan Condition to create a condition for Exitig Channel in the Rate of Change vs Donchian Channels section of the Condition drop-down menu.
