Is this even possible in PCF?
How many bars has it been since MaxH200 ? Any suggestions?
Current Bar - MaxH200 = nBARS
i am stuck ...

You could use the technique explored in the Days Since Last Peak (or other day-counting needs) topic for this, but the formula would be very long to check for 200 bars.
A better option would probably be to use the Aroon indicator for this. The results are expressed as a percentage of the period and a higher value indicates it was at the high recently (100 means the high was made during the current bar). It does convey the information you want, just in a different way.
