Please try the following Condition Formula.

(MAXH9 + MINL9 + MAXH26 + MINL26) / 4 > (MAXH52 + MINL52) / 2 AND (MAXH9.1 + MINL9.1 + MAXH26.1 + MINL26.1) / 4 <= (MAXH52.1 + MINL52.1) / 2

Bruce,

To invert this formula so as to find Span A crossing Down Span B do I only need to change the > to < and the <= to >= ?  Or do I also need to change the + symbols to - symbols?

You should be able to just reverse the > and < symbols in the formula.

(MAXH9 + MINL9 + MAXH26 + MINL26) / 4 < (MAXH52 + MINL52) / 2 AND (MAXH9.1 + MINL9.1 + MAXH26.1 + MINL26.1) / 4 >= (MAXH52.1 + MINL52.1) / 2
