please advise can i amend the range of NHNL indicator or create my own NHNL by using PCF?

There is no way to create your own custom market indicators in TC2000. You can only use the market indicators which are already built into TC2000.

US Market Indicators

There is no way to use work around this using the Personal Criteria Formula Language.
