Good evening.
Yesterday EURUSD and many other currencies gapped. But TC2000 does not show any gap. Price never traded there but yet tc2000 shows complete bar..
This is how tc2000 shows.
This is how all other platforms are showing and thats what happened.
EURUSD gapped down hard (around 160 (pips) and we have not closed the gap. TC2000 shows we did not gap down. Absoluutelywrong.
The same issue with tc2000 in many other currencies such as GBPJPY, USDJPY, AUDJPY, CHFJPY ETC.
Why is TC2000 showing we opened at a price that we didn't open and why is tc2000 showing no gap when in reality we gapped hard today.
This is very concerning that not only tc2000 has arbitrary bar closes. Now I notice we don't actually take in to account the actual open price and not show any gaps when in reality we had huge gaps today..

tc2000 shows that we filled the gap in eurusd one hour chart. Price never traded there after open and am super surprised why they show gap fill which is absolutely incorrect.
Also they are showing a incorrect candlestick pattern that is not visible in any other platform.
This is the fake hammer plotted in 30 mins @ open which never happened
