When I add another conditions form the chart, assuming it is represent an "AND" situation.

How to add  alternatives conditions represent "OR" situation.

The only way to OR conditions in an EasyScan is to re-create them as Condition Formulas and then OR them together into a single Coniditon Formula. This may or may not be possible depending on the individual conditions.
