Is there a way of adding more than one stock symbol at a time to a watchlist?

Is there an easy way to rearrange stock symbols in watchlist?

PontiacTA,

Other than manually adding symbols to a watchlist one-by-one, you can copy symbols from any other watchlist or easyscan.

To do this, right-click a symbol in a list and select Copy All Symbols to.

To select specific symbols from a list, press the CTRL key and click each symbol. Then, right-click and select Copy ( _)  Symbols to..

You can also copy symbols from other programs like Excel and paste the symbols into one of your personal watchlists.

By default, symbols are arranged in the order in which they are added to a list. You can sort them by any column in your list. However, once you sort your list by anything else, you will not be able to get them back in the original order.

Sorting is as easy as clicking on the header of the column you want to sort by. A little blue arrow in the column header will show you if you're sorted in ascending or descending order. In the example below we have the S&P 500 components sorted in descending order by today's % change.

Thank You!

It would be nice to move symbols around in Watchlists freely, other than just ascending or descending order.

PontiacTA,

You are welcome!

I know the ability to arrange symbols manually is something that has been requested before. I have forwarded your request to our development team as a suggestion on your behalf.
