I am a novice with Telechart. I have looked at many videos but none seem to answer my question:

Question:) I want to look at a daily chart starting from Jan 2011 to Dec 2011. I want to be able to put the the candle for the first trading day in Jan 2011 at the extreme right. Then I want to be able to advance one day at a time. This way I will not be able to see any data beyond the day i am testing. What steps must I perform to configure a chart so I can do this?

Only the most recent 500 bars of data are available in any given time frame in TC2000 version 12.4.

You can do this using TC2000 version 7 however. TC2000 service gives you access to both TC2000 version 7 and TC2000 version 12.4. You can install TC2000 version 7 using the instructions given on the following webpage.
