I recently upgraded to Version 12.4. Previously, I would click my Desktop ShortCut 10 times, and 10 charts would open up. Not anymore. Been 2 weeks, and several emails to tech support, and I still can't figure out how to get another chart open. Please help.

Regards, Dore

You will need to be using a copy of TC2000 version 12.4 that is installed to your computer and run from the icon. If you are running TC2000 version 12.4 from your browser, you will not be able to take advantage of the new floating layout window feature.

The following video explores this new feature in some detail.

Floating Windows & Multiple Monitors

There are basically two ways to create a floating layout window. Windows will have one or both of the following icons in the upper right hand corner. A small triangle pointing down to the right of in icon which looks like arrows pointing in four directions and small arrow pointing up from a small box.

Clicking on the small downpointing triangle will bring up an option to Float in New Layout Window. If the small arrow pointing up from a small box is in the window, clicking on it will Float in New Layout Window without needing to select the option from a list.

The described icons and well as the menu which appears are all pictured in the image above. The small triangle pointing down and the arrow pointing up out of the small box are both in the upper right corner of the window.
