my export to text in TC200 version 7 doesn't seem to work on my Windows 7 machine, is this expected behavior or only a problem on my PC requiring me to contact Worden support?

It comes up with the export box and simultaneously with Export is complete box and no file is created.

There shouldn't be anything specific to Windows 7 which would prevent you from exporting to text in TC2000 version 7. I can export to text using Windows 8.1 and was able to export to text using TC2000 version 7 when I was last using it as my operating system.
