Set the EasyScan Condition to Capitalization Greater Than 1000.00.

It works because the capitalization fundamental system criteria is reported in units of $1,000,000.

Morningstar Fundamentals

Capitalization - This is the latest closing price of a share times the number of shares outstanding as indicated in the latest quarterly report. Sometimes called Market Valuation. Note: this value is reported in $Millions, so if you're scanning for stocks with a market cap of $1Billion or higher, you need to scan for values greater than 1000.

You have not indicated how you are attempting to add "average daily volume of over 400,000", but adding the Volume indicator to a daily chart, adjusting the settings as desired and clicking on the moving average of volume to select Create Scan Condition is working on my computer.
