  1. The first candle makes a low.
  2. The second candle makes a lower low.
  3. The third candle makes a higher low.

If the low of the first candle has to be below the low of the previous candle:

L > L1 AND L1 < L2 AND L2 < L3

If the low of the first candle does not need to be below the low of the previous candle:

L > L1 AND L1 < L2
