How fast should my internet connection be to adequately run TC2000 Gold?

I have not personally tried TC2000 version 12.3 on a dial-up connection, but the only system requiremnts listed are an internet connection and Silverlight 4.0 or higher. We do not list a minimum internet speed.

TC2000 version 7 will definitely work with a dial-up connection as that was pretty much the fastest generally available residential connection available at the time it was originally developed.
