I have a bunch of watchlists, PCFs, notes, etc., all created in V 7. Where do I go to figure out how to get them all into V 12? Thanks.

Select File | Import TC2000 v7 from the menus in TC2000 version 12.3 on a computer where you have TC2000 version 7 already installed with all of the settings you wish to import.
