Do we still have limitation of charts OUTSIDE the Tc2000 ver 12,3 program? ...Come on, Is not 1995 but 2013! all competitors can do this, why can't we?

While there was a technical barrier to doing so when the cloud version of TC2000 was first introduced, this is no longer the case. It is just a feature that is on the to-do list which has not yet been implemented (and I have no time table on when it might be introduced).
