Is there any way of creating scan conditions for +VI5 values for each of the last five days?  And, can I create "number of bars true in a row" for a +VI5 condition as can be accomplished in SF5?

You can click on the Vortex Indicator and select Create Scan Conditions based on the Vortex Indicator, but there isn't a way to determine the number of bars that Condition was true in a row in TC2000 version 12.3 like there is in StockFinder.
