Looking for a PCF that will give me a Candle Pattern that is Bullish Engulfing with no wicks at the bottom (or no low on candle at all)

I'm not a candlestick guy, but a Condition Formula to check for the current close to be above the current open which is also the low of the day, the previous close to have been below the previous open and for the current body to completely engulf the entire previous candle could be written as:

L = O AND O < L1 AND C1 < O1 AND H1 < C
