I am using a 30,4,4 stochastic indicator on a daily timeframe.  How would I write a PCF to show the SK period crossing above the SD period?

STOC30.4.1 < AVG(STOC30.4.1,4) and  STOC30.4 > AVG(STOC30.4,4)
