How do I write a scan for a close breaking out above a 25 day or longer channel that has price contained within a 15% variance in the channel?

You could check for the price range to be less than 15% over the 25-bars prior to the current bar and price closing or being currently above that range today using the following Condition Formula:

C > 1.15 * MINL25.1 AND MAXH25.1 <= 1.15 * MINL25.1
