Is it possible to program volatility stops as a line?  If so, what custom indicator should I use and what is the formula.  Thank you for your time and help.

It is not possible to change the Plot Style of the Volatility Stop indicator. It is also not possible to reproduce the Volatility Stops using a formula. Any such formula would be way too long to be practical.
