IS THIS CORRECT FOR CLOSE GREATER THAN MAX HIGH 1 DAY AGO
AND
VOLUME GREATER THAN VOLUME FOR THE LAST 15 BARS

C > H1 AND V >= MAXV15.1

The first part would work as H1 is the high of 1-bar ago and MAXH1.1 is the 1-Period Maximum High of 1-bar ago and they are the same thing.
The second part would not work however as it is Volume is greater than 1 times the Volume of 15-bars ago.
So your formula is for the Close is greater than the 1-Period Maximum High of 1-bar ago and Volume is greater than the Volume of 15-bars ago.
You are using the MAX syntax when you don't need to do so and not using it in the portion which requires it.
