 i suppose there is no way to use a 12 minute chart.
and i would like to change the price summary box time to a 24 hr format.

 It is not possible to create your own Time Frames in TC2000 version 12 (it is possible to a great extent in StockFinder).

I'm not sure I understand the question of about the price summary box. You may be referring to the Pointer Mode Data Box. The Pointer Mode Data Box can be brought up by selecting the period key (.) on your keybroad twice. Selecting the period key a third time disables Pointer Mode. If this is the case, there is no way to make it display anything besides the currently active Time Frame for the chart.
