I was watching the intro vi9deo on TC200 and they mentioned a PCF called "Range Surge", something about height of the candle?

Could I get it?

Thanks.

Here you go, dymers

(H - L ) / (AVGH60 - AVGL60) * 100

Compares today's range with the average range of the last 60 bars.

How do I set up a "SPDR Index"  tab in the secondary watchlist window, along with the associated elements?

I am guessing to a great extent at what is being requested, but please try selecting Add Shortcut Button (the plus in a circle in the secondary Watchlist window) | ETF tab | SPDRS.
