I am having difficulty producing an easy scan or a PCF that sorts those US stocks with their current respective lowest MS or OBV against their last two year or finding the lowest MS rank in the US stocks. When I do that in the easy scan, no socks are selected.

You didn't mention the formula you were trying to use (the actual values of both OBV and MS are meaningless), but it may not make a difference depending on in which program you are using it.

Something like the following Personal Criteria Formula will produce results for most symbols in the current production release of TeleChart:
100 * (MS - MIN(MS,501)) / (MAX(MS,501) - MIN(MS,501))
But will not produce results in the current TC2000.com version 11 beta. The reason has nothing to do with the structure of the PCF. The reason is that there are only about 500 Bars of Daily data in the TC2000.com version 11 beta.
