Since SF has the current bid and ask data, is it possible to make an indicator which shows the current spread between bid and ask?

You only have the current Value to use in the calculations, so any historical values will be based on the current Bid and Ask.

Just out of curiosity does SF track data similar to times and sales? Example looking to see information per tick (price and volume per transaction I noticed this on TC2000 v11.

I'm not sure if this is what you mean or not, but if you left-click on the Bar Interval for the Chart in StockFinder and select Edit | Add, you can choose Tick as one of the available Bar Intervals which can be used.
