If we are counting the number in the most recent 30-Trading Days:

ABS(C > O AND C >= C1) - (C1 > O1 AND C1 >= C2) - (C2 > O2 AND C2 >= C3) - (C3 > O3 AND C3 >= C4) - (C4 > O4 AND C4 >= C5) - (C5 > O5 AND C5 >= C6) - (C6 > O6 AND C6 >= C7) - (C7 > O7 AND C7 >= C8) - (C8 > O8 AND C8 >= C9) - (C9 > O9 AND C9 >= C10) - (C10 > O10 AND C10 >= C11) - (C11 > O11 AND C11 >= C12) - (C12 > O12 AND C12 >= C13) - (C13 > O13 AND C13 >= C14) - (C14 > O14 AND C14 >= C15) - (C15 > O15 AND C15 >= C16) - (C16 > O16 AND C16 >= C17) - (C17 > O17 AND C17 >= C18) - (C18 > O18 AND C18 >= C19) - (C19 > O19 AND C19 >= C20) - (C20 > O20 AND C20 >= C21) - (C21 > O21 AND C21 >= C22) - (C22 > O22 AND C22 >= C23) - (C23 > O23 AND C23 >= C24) - (C24 > O24 AND C24 >= C25) - (C25 > O25 AND C25 >= C26) - (C26 > O26 AND C26 >= C27) - (C27 > O27 AND C27 >= C28) - (C28 > O28 AND C28 >= C29) - (C29 > O29 AND C29 >= C30)
