How can I get tc2007 to look like the chart of appl or nflx on this site? I want the RSI and Stochastic to look like this.

You haven't even mentioned the name of the site. In any case, I really can't comment or make suggestions about or based on third party sites.

My guess for RSI would be to use the same Period, check Use Wilders Smoothing and set the Avg Period to 1.

My guess for Stochastics would depend on if the Stochastic being duplicated was Fast, Slow or Full and it was Simple or Stochastic.

TeleChart uses a Full Stochastic. The settings for Stochastics available in TeleChart include the Period, SK Period, SD Period and Average Type. Full Stochastics can be used to reproduce both Fast and Slow Stochastics.

Full Stochastic (x,1,y) = Fast Stochastic (x,y)
Full Stochastic (x,y,y) = Slow Stochastic (x,y)

There are other interpretations as well.

Slow Stochastics

Full Stochastic (x,3,y) = Slow Stochastic (x, y)
