How do I create a formula identifying stocks within 2% of their 52-week high with above normal volume as compared to the average monthly volume?

I am having trouble with the formula for price being within 5 to 10% of the 52 week high in Stockfinder 5. I wrote a pcf for telechart without a problem, but I keep getting an error message. Please help
