I know you can write a pcf for 5 day return as c/c5 and this will return the 5 day return as of last night. Can I do this calculation using realtime prices instead? What is the convention for writing this formula if so?

Personal Criteria Formulas always use the twenty-minute delayed Daily data. There is no way to force them to use realtime data. You can create a Custom Indicator however and it will be calculated using the Bars on the Chart instead of days.

Plotting Custom Indicators with Examples

It is possible to Sort by a Custom Indicator if desired, but you are limited to the top 200 symbols in the WatchList when using Real Time Indicator Sorting.

It should probably be noted that StockFinder Platinum (part of the Platinum Suite) can use streaming realtime data pretty much everywhere that the End of Day data can be used.
