Usin IE I cannot open "software & Pricing" the error message states the page is available but I do not have permission to access it? Help

Thank you for posting. We are aware of the issue and are working on getting it resolved. I do not have a specific time table for when the page will be available.
In the meantime, you may wish to contact customer service if you have questions about product features or pricing or need to renew your service.
