I have search and read threw many post on the site with no luck.  I would like to be able to add a zero line with % performance as in this picture, so that whatever index I choose will be the zero line and the stock or sector that I am viewing will show its preformance at a quick glance. Here is a photo of what I am trying to achive, and thanks in advance for your help.

I do not know of a practical automated method of creating this as a Custom Indicator using TeleChart (it is possible to do so using StockFinder). That said, you can get similar information by using a $100 Scale:

How to use $100 Scale to compare price performance
Compare price trends and price performance using Comparison Symbol and $100 scale
