Dear Craig,
I was wondering whether you could help me with the parameters of Keltner channel, with 8 EMA as the mid band. Your help will be very much appreciated.

There is no universal agreement on how Keltner Channels are calculated. Here are two possibilities for TeleChart with a centerline calculated using an EMA8 (the first is an EMA of the Close and the second is an EMA of Typical Price) and a 1.0 multiplier (that are rather obviously different):

- Average Type: Exponential
- Width Multiplier: 10
- Indicator Line Formula: C
- Channel Width Formula: (H - L + ABS(H - C1) + ABS(C1 - L)) / 2
