 Is this possible? I tried and I get an error message saying I can only create a combo rule from the active chart.

 Both of the Indicators or Rules need to be on the same Chart to combine them. This means at least one of the Rules is needs to be based on an Indicator with its own Time Frame instead of using the Main Time Frame. I've attached Price History and Volume Bars Indicators with their own Time Frames.
